Caring, leading, acting, speaking, Paul Wellstone became a U.S. Senator for 12 years as he fought for the welfare of the poor, children, the aging, the sick, and the handicapped.
Suffering from a handicapping disease, he died in a plane crash with his closest supports and family members during the 2002 election.
